Privacy Policy

What Offbook collects (very little), what it never collects, and why.

Who we are

Offbook is operated by Offbook Labs Ltd. (Chicago, IL). Contact us about privacy at support@offbook.win.

The principle

Offbook is built so that its operators cannot link you to your bets. That only works if we don’t collect the data that would do it, so we don’t.

What we collect

  • An eligibility record: the day you accepted the Terms, the Terms version, the region code you attested to, and a keyed hash of your account (never the account itself). It contains nothing that links to a wallet.
  • Aggregate, anonymous totals, such as bets placed, volume and fees per day. No tracking cookies, no fingerprinting, no user identifiers.
  • A limits ledger, inside the agent’s secure hardware only: a 31-day tally of your deposits, bets and returns (times and amounts, no wallets or markets), used only to enforce the limits you set. Offbook’s servers cannot read it.
  • Operational logs without IP addresses, wallet addresses, amounts, derivation paths or anything tying a session to a wallet. A redaction layer enforces this and is covered by tests.

What we never collect or store

  • Your user secret or your betting-wallet derivation paths
  • Any link between you and your betting wallets, positions, bets or amounts
  • Your activity history (it is fetched live for your session and discarded)
  • IP addresses, beyond transient processing to enforce regional restrictions
  • Data from third-party trackers, pixels or session replay (we use none)

Services involved

To work, Offbook relies on services that see some data under their own policies:

  • Polymarket receives orders from Offbook’s servers for many betting wallets. It does not receive your IP address or identity from Offbook.
  • NEAR Intents processes your deposits, private balance and withdrawals.
  • Our hosting and geolocation providers check the region of each request to enforce restrictions. Results are not stored with anything that identifies you.
  • Blockchain RPC providers relay public transactions.

Your choices

Because we hold so little, there is little to delete. You can ask us to delete your eligibility record at support@offbook.win; you will then need to attest again to use Offbook.
